The 90-day build: how we ship a company in one quarter
By The BlinkFirst Studio
Every company we build gets the same clock: ninety days from the first line of code to a product real people can use. It's not a marketing number — it's the operating constraint that shapes how we work.
The first two weeks are SPARK: pressure-testing the idea, talking to would-be customers, and killing anything that can't earn a sprint. Only the survivors get built.
Then the whole studio moves in. Engineering, design, and growth work under one roof on a single goal — a shipped product — and nothing else.
By day ninety, what works becomes a standalone company with its own dedicated team. What doesn't teaches us something and makes room for the next spark.
