Picking ideas worth a sprint

Ideas are cheap and endless. The scarce resource is a ninety-day build, so the hardest work happens before we write any code: deciding what deserves one.

We look for a sharp, specific pain; a wedge we can ship in a quarter; and a path from that wedge to a real company.

Most ideas fail one of those tests. Saying no early is how we keep saying yes fast.
